How do I sign up?

Sign up for this Converse trip directly through Explore Up Close. It’s simple and easy to register online!

To sign up, click the registration button below to complete your trip registration form and submit your deposit payment.

Your deposit is fully refundable until August 12th, 2022, minus a $100 service fee.
We recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your payment in case of an unexpected cancellation after this date. Find more details about trip insurance below.

Click the button below to complete the online registration form, and pay your first payment installment of $1,000 with a credit card via our secure online payment portal.

Trip Payment Schedule

After registering for the trip, the trip balance will be due by August 12th, 2022.

You can pay the balance at your convenience, by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the right side of your trip invoice that you received by email after booking.

Travel Documents, Flights, & Trip Insurance

Passports
For American citizens, a valid passport is required to enter France. Please make sure that your passport will be valid for at least six months after your scheduled return date to the US. If you need to renew your passport before the trip, we recommend starting that process as soon as possible! Please let us know if you have any questions.

Flights
We encourage travelers to book the flights that suit them best. Our group will come together in Paris, and you can take a taxi or use public transportation (we’ll give you directions!) to meet our group at our hotel. Depending on the group size and arrival times, we may help coordinate group transportation from the airport. If you need assistance booking your flight, please contact us and we will put you in contact with our local travel agent.

Trip Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance, which protects you and your trip investment in the event that you must cancel or leave a trip unexpectedly. We recommend contacting travel insurance providers directly to request a quote and compare pricing and features. A few trip insurance companies you may wish to consider:

Covid-19 Travel Requirements: 

If you are fully vaccinated, you will be able to enter France by simply showing your proof of vaccination. To be considered “fully vaccinated” for entry into France, you must have received a booster dose no later than 9 months after your second dose (or after the single dose for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine). People who received their booster more than nine months after their second dose may still enter, so long as one week has passed after you received your booster shot.

If you are not fully vaccinated, you must provide a negative Covid-19 test to be able to enter the country.

Currently, a negative Covid-19 test is required by the US to return home, but this may change prior to our trip. If it is still required, we will facilitate testing for you in France – it is quick, easy, and low-cost (about $30 / person).
